Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required:
To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience required:
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Direct and provide technical advice and guidance to acquisition professionals and technical employees responsible for monitoring complex processes. Provide oversight to acquisition personnel performing activities such as engineering, program management, earned value management, software and manufacturing & production contract surveillance. Plan and manage the activities and provide technical assistance to functional field contract management teams. Make decisions that impact cost, schedule, performance and timely delivery of systems, subsystems, and components to major Government buying commands (e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force, DLA, NASA, etc.). Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
