This is an exciting entry level position and ideal for the candidate interested in working in a team environment interfacing with our auto club members. Full benefits package with generous vacation plan. Fulfilling member requests relating to planning road trips, books, maps and notary services. Servicing the needs of the member and providing added value by cross selling or advising of other services that are available to the member. Cashiering duties include the balancing of the cash drawer along with shared responsibilities of branch bookkeeping records. Providing tag and title service after training completed.
Requirements
1 year in a customer service position; retail sales positions preferred. The ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks/assignments on a daily basis. Ability to cross sells products. Ability to type at least 30wpm. Ability to work some evenings and every other Saturday.
Education
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required.
