As a Human Resources Director, you will spearhead the activities of the Human Resources department, including recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee benefits, health and safety, organizational development and training, payroll processing, employee relations, affirmative action, and risk management. Your tactical and strategic skills, along with your professional knowledge and personal judgment will come into play as you advise and assist senior management with any Human Resources/management issues. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelors degree (a Masters is preferred) and come from a manufacturing environment. You will have at least 15 years experience, with 8 or more spent in a managerial role, and demonstrated increases in responsibilities. Union/non-union experience would be a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
