Janitor Duties (include but are not limited to):
Follows cleaning schedule Clean glass and mirrors Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using professional janitorial equipment Clean, dust, and disinfect surfaces Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms Follow safety regulations Empty trash and recycling and replace liners Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Organize the janitor closet and report inventory to the supervisor Communicate maintenance concerns to supervisor
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time Must be prompt and professional Must have reliable transportation to reach client locations on time Previous experience is preferred, but not required Must pass a background screening Must be able to keep information confidential, as we work with financial and medical industry clients who handle sensitive data Compensation:
Agreed upon hire, depending on experience, starting between $10 - $12 per hour.
Benefits:
