Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner Maintain confidentiality of patient personal information.
Provide excellent customer service.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Assist with scanning charts into EHR system.
Filing charts Record and distribute notes
Qualifications:
The Perfect Candidate:
Detail-oriented.
Able to multitask.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of MS office.
Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
