1K a year Luxor Gardens is seeking out a strong, goal oriented individual to become our new Assistant Property Manager with a focus on marketing our property to potential prospects and providing high quality customer service to our current residents.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager.
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, coordinating maintenance requests, and other duties assigned by the Property Manager.
They will also be responsible for building relationships with tenants and ensuring their satisfaction with the property.
Qualifications Experience in property management or a related field is a plus but we will train the right individual Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of leasing and rent collection practices is preferred Strong problem-solving skills Job Type:
