The position requires practiced skill in communication, customer service, finance, and bookkeeping.
Hired person must regularly interact with the public, elected officials, and municipal employees.

Answer and deliver correspondence to/from the public (Phone Calls, Mail, Email, Fax) 2.
Issue, record, and update Permits, Applications, and Forms (Moving, Burning, Street Opening, Solicitation, Zoning, etc.
) 3.
Process Bill payments, balance drawers, and post records for Garbage 4.
Make and deliver bank deposits and post receipts regularly 5.
Maintain books for General, Sewer, and Highway Aid funds 6.
Balance bank statements 7.
Prepare reports for monthly and semi-monthly meetings 8.
Order miscellaneous supplies 9.
Assist in processing payroll 10.
Maintain Deed Registry Files 11.
Bill garbage utilities, send delinquent notices 12.
Other related tasks deemed necessary by the Borough Administrator Job Type:
