Summary:
The Growth Manager is a dynamic, expansion-focused, creative, and organized person who is interested in assisting a mission-driven nonprofit thrive and grow.
This position is responsible for spearheading the growth of new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, and engaging critical community stakeholders.
As well as the expansion of current lines of service with a focus on ensuring that both revenue goals and key performance indicators are met in all areas.
This position will report to the Executive Director.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Assure operational partnership development objectives in the Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy's (AUCP) Strategic Plan are developed and implemented Develop a strong understanding of current trends, patterns and events in the identified industry while analyzing data to develop areas of opportunity and optimize strategies Analyze and identify potential opportunities for mergers and acquisitions Execute strategic growth plans that will increase lines of business and revenue Build, maintain and improve relationships with various beneficial entities within the non profit, government, business, public health and education sectors to support the delivery of program focused areas Research competition to identify threats and opportunities Generate and present finding and recommendations on a weekly, monthly, and/ or quarterly basis that reports on progress against goals Interpret and disseminate information on policy and actions that impact growth opportunities.
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and services Collaborate with other departments within the AUCP/ Connexus agencies to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business objectives Develop and manage budgets for all growth initiatives Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Required Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's preferred) 3-5 years experience in nonprofit growth planning/ market knowledge Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel to meet job requirements Job Type:
