About the position H gan s in North America is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to work at our Johnstown, PA plant with the possibility of remote work thereafter.
This position manages customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and general questions and concerns.
Coordinates with customers on lead times and product availability.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
Works with Account Managers to handle customer issues and customer complaints.
Assists manufacturing with production planning through communication with our customers regarding future material needs, product availability, and forecasts.
Monitors late shipments for the Vice President, Supply Chain.
Coordinates early shipment authorizations to ensure customer orders meet delivery schedules.
Communicates with Shipping, Receiving, and Quality Control to coordinate information needed for orders.
Records and processes customer shipping documentation.
Your profile Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree with a minimum of three years work experience in sales or a related field are required.
Manufacturing and shipping knowledge is preferred.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and proficiency working in word processing and spreadsheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate information is required.
