Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Be self-directed; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to recognize and identify customer needs through a diagnostic listening approach to build relationships with customers and non-customers; Be motivated to make effective high-touch calls to generate deposit, loan and wealth management related business and referrals; Be a team player that motivates others to generate referrals for new business; Be involved in the community in order to serve and generate contacts for potential new business; Advanced knowledge of common office skills, as well as computer skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
