Our veterinary customer service representatives are highly valued for their impactful role of helping pets and the people who love them.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and their pets and ensuring they attain the care they need Fielding phone calls and addressing the concerns and needs of clients Scheduling appointments and surgeries Maintaining medical records based on interactions Maintaining a knowledge base of products and services offered Qualifications The ideal candidate loves working with pets and their humans! Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields Ability to work well with clients and the professional team Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
