We want you to make a connection with our customers so that each time they come in to our service center, they recognize a familiar face and expect to have a pleasant service experience.
Our ideal candidate will have a friendly/open personality, great communication skills, can multitask and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and accurate manner.
You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the customer service desk.
Manage, plan and sell service repairs from start to finish within the service department.
This position is directly responsible for the profitability of each Repair Order as well as the sale of each technicians' available hours.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to, greeting customers and assisting with any questions they may have, scheduling appointments, making outbound calls to give customer updates, check on customers who are waiting every 30 minutes or less, communicate with technicians regarding repairs, work with the parts department to procure the necessary parts to perform the service or repair, complete and present estimates to customers and update CRM system with customer updates, follow proper policies and procedures and initiate, follow through, and close Repair Orders in a timely manner and work closely with the Service Manager throughout day to day operations.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license and be a reliable individual.
