4K a year 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago SUMMARY 814 Lanes and Games' Customer Service Lead will have evolving responsibilities but will include opening and closing the center, leading team members, registers, resolving customer complaints and concerns.
Other responsibilities will be based on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Improve guest experience, create engaged guests and facilitate organic growth.
Take ownership of guests' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Mentor and train new and current team members to nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Opening and closing the facility.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven working experience as a leader of a team.
Experience in providing great customer service support.
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
Ability to learn or have working knowledge of customer service software, databases, tools and POS systems.
Ability to think strategically and to lead.
Strong guest-facing and communication skills is a must.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Guest service orientated.
Ability to work days, nights and weekends.
Education/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Management or leadership experience preferred.
