Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on patient assessments, needs, and conditions Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with physicians and staff regarding changes in condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Provide patient and family education based on individualized learning needs Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and precept student nurses and new hires Job Requirements/License/Certifications:
Current unrestricted Pennsylvania license as a Registered Nurse BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of employment start date Graduate of An Accredited Nursing Program 1 year of clinical experience as an RN in an acute care setting preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR/EHR systems Must possess technical skills and knowledge of medical nursing procedures, first aid, and basic principles of Nursing Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate the ability to establish a high level of trust and dependability with patients & coworkers Schedule:
(3) 12-hour shifts, either 7am-730pm or 7pm-730am during the week and a rotation of every other weekend (every other weekend will be included in the (3)12-hour shifts).
The days during the week may change weekly but the shift itself will be the same.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
