Responsibilities:
Coordinating and delivering services Establishing plan for re-integration of shelter residents into permanent supportive community housing This position is a mandated reporter of child and elder abuse.
Qualifications:
Supportive of the mission of the Catholic church Satisfactorily complete background checks and training applicable to diocesan requirements Associate degree and two years of practical experience in social services or related field Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity and compassion Strong conflict resolution skills Perform in a calm and friendly manner while maintaining professional boundaries.
